in the west and close to No.312 State
Freeway in the south.

founded in 1992, is a Sino-foreign
joint venture to specialize in production
of cold-drawn seamless steel tube.
It has staff members of 230, including
engineering and technical persons
of 45 and covers an area of 38000
square meters. Its fixed assets are
RMB 53 million. Annual output of cold-drawn
seamless steel pipe amounts to 15000.
Its main products include high-quality
carbon structure steel and alloy steel
pipe with the designation of 10#,
20#, 35#, 45#, 40Cr, 40Mn2, 15CrMo
and with sizes of outer diameter in
10 ~ 90mm and wall thickness in 1
~ 13mm in conformity with State Standards.
They have found a wide application
in mechanical structure, petroleum-chemical
industry, low and middle pressure
boiler, automobile and motorcycle
manufacture trades, etc.

has the reliable quality of products,
advanced technological process and
precision equipment. The main equipment
and facilities include 60mm hot-rolled
mill of one set, 100-650KN cold drawing
mill of eight sets, 26.5m roll furnace
of one set, 10-100m straightening
machine of three sets, 15-90mm eddy
current testing machine of one set
and a complete set of meters and instruments
for testing, measuring, chemical analysis
and physical experiment.
